We offer advanced capabilities in both heavy and thin-gauge thermoforming, with the ability to produce molds up to 8 feet in size.

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with 7 rotary machines and 5 shuttle or single station machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project.

Design & Engineering

We guide customers from initial concept to production-ready thermoformed parts. Our process covers ideation, prototyping, and design maturation, ensuring manufacturability across various industries. Using advanced CAD and simulation tools, we develop cost-effective, high-quality parts that meet specifications and industry standards.

Prototype to Volume Production

Our facility boasts 13 machines for comprehensive thermoforming production. We handle prototyping through high-volume manufacturing, including thermoforming, cutting, trimming, and finishing. We work with diverse resins: Flame-retardant ABS, Kydex Acrylic/PVC, PC/ABS blends, PC, ABS, PVC, Acrylics, HIPS, PP, and HDPE, ensuring versatility for various applications.
